Renowned Bollywood actor Vikram Gokhale passed away today in Pune due ill health. He was admitted to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital a few days ago and his health deteriorated gradually. Following health complications, the veteran actor breathed his last today.
Popularly known for his roles in movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Vikram’s last outing was Nikamma, which featured Abhimanyu Dassani and Shilpa Shetty in the lead roles.
Vikram was the son of well known Marathi theatre and cinema actor Chandrakant Gokhale. The recently passed away star made his directorial debut with ‘Aaghaat’ in 2010.
