After having a strong run at the Indian box office, Mani Ratnam’s massive period drama film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 1’ is now available on a digital platform. The magnum opus is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. However, it is not for a free watch, and the user has to rent it to enjoy the movie.
As per the update, PS-1 can be rented for a week, costing Rs 199 as of now. The OTT platform hasn’t announced the date when the viewers can watch it over its digital premiere, not on a rental basis. It is available in four languages, except Hindi, on the digital streaming platform.
Ponniyin Selvan 1 is co-produced by Mani Ratnam and Allirajah Subaskaran under Lyca Productions. It has music composed by AR Rahman. The movie featured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
