Social worker Ramaiah, more popularly known as Vanajeevi Ramaiah, who received the Padmasri award for his contribution towards saving nature and trees, recently met with an accident. The 84-year-old man is currently receiving treatment for the same at Khammam government hospital. Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan has interacted with Ramaiah over a video call and wished for a speedy recovery of Ramaiah.
Ramaiah has single-handedly contributed a lot to the conservation of trees and nature. Pawan even posted on Twitter about the man, wishing for his speedy recovery. Ramaiah planted for than 100 saplings of trees in and around the Khammam area.
On the other hand, Ramaiah has chosen not to file a case against the man responsible for his accident and said that he would be happy if the perpetrator planted 100 tree saplings instead, once again proving his dedication towards conserving mother nature.
