Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan has been planning to visit Thondangi in East Godavari district for a long time now. For this purpose, letters have been sent to the police department as well, to seek permission to tour the area.
Given that Section 144 is already in effect in Thondangi, permission would not be given for any sort of rallies or public gatherings.
However, fact remains that no single opposition party leader seeks the permission of the Police department in the first place, for touring an area.
Other opposition parties and their leaders are always searching for opportunities to make an issue out of anything they can.
These issues readily present themselves when they go to tour someplace and the Police department tries to stop them, With Pawan Kalyan seeking the permission of the Police department, several people were shocked.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan also sought permission to visit Divis laboratories and the surrounding areas, as the people surrounding the area have been affected greatly, recently.
Pawan sought Police permission for this as well, but the Police department rejected the request, just one day prior to Pawan’s tour.
Pawan has been very transparent about his tour schedule on social media, which is now making everyone wonder if he will tour Divis or not, irrespective of what the Police department’s decision is.
Pawan has also stated that he would be touring Thuni, through his official Twitter account.
With so many developments, Pawan’s tour of the East Godavari district continues to be shrouded in suspense, and a clarity will be achieved only after the tour is commenced.
