The second wave of Covid-19 is currently diminishing in India. During its peak stage, the hospitals in Telangana were fully occupied, and we had seen long queues in hospitals and a great demand for oxygen beds.
Well, after a brief gap, the oxygen beds are again getting occupied with the virus affected patients. Now, the rising number of patients is worrying the authorities as it indicates another spike.
As per reports, a dozen hospitals in Hyderabad said they have a massive number of patients on oxygen beds and added that the patient count was rising.
The latest hospital occupancy details show that among the main Coronavirus treatment centres in Telangana, the NIMS has all beds in all categories occupied, including 50 oxygen beds. More hospitals in the state are stating that they are getting higher cases each day.
