NTR is currently in the USA, promoting his film RRR ahead of this year’s Oscars ceremony. The film’s very famous song, Naatu Naatu, has been nominated in the Best Original Song category in the Oscars. This is a record in itself for Indian cinema on the whole, as Naatu Naatu is the first Indian song to be nominated in the category. With the song winning the Golden Globe award in the same category, there are massive expectations on the song winning the Oscar as well.
On the other hand, NTR is interacting with back to back media houses, and in a recent interview, he said that he and the entire team of RRR would be carrying the whole Indian nation with them when they walk the red carpet on the 12th of March. This year’s Oscar ceremony is set to take place on the 12th, in Los Angeles.
