Nobody’s dad can arrest me: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev

It is known news that Indian Medical Association (IMA) Uttarakhand has sent a defamation notice of ₹1000 Cr to Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev after he passed statements like lakhs of people have died after taking allopathic medicines for Covid treatment.

Although the Yoga guru took back his statements, the war of words between both sides has intensified over the past couple of days.

A new video of Ramdev surfaced on Wednesday in which we can hear Ramdev challenging the authorities to arrest him. He said that no one dares to arrest him after his remarks that allopathy is stupid science.

In the video, the yoga guru is heard saying, “No one, in fact, no one’s father can arrest Swami Ramdev. They are just making noises. Let them do what they do best.”

Earlier, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) penned a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to charge Ramdev under sedition laws for doubting the efficacy of allopathic medicines and vaccines against Covid-19 disease.
