The Andhra Pradesh government has filed an affidavit in the High court informing that it is removing YSRCP colours from garbage to wealth-making centres in the state.
The state government told the court that it would not paint party colours on any government buildings in the future. Panchayati Raj Chief Secretary GK Dwivedi has filed an affidavit to this effect.
It is learned that the court had earlier directed the government to remove the party colours and file an affidavit. The government today filed its affidavit in this regard. Jai Bhim Justice president of Krishna district filed a petition in the court alleging that the government was painting party colours to government buildings. Advocate Jada Shravan Kumar appeared for the petitioner.
