Around 2 months ago, Niharika Konidela was embroiled in a drug controversy, as she was found partying at a pub where a police raid was conducted, and drugs were found. Her name was included in the FIR, and the police even took her to the police station, before dropping her at home shortly afterwards. This became a major sensation at the time, and Niharika went off social media, following this controversy.
Now, 8 weeks later, Niharika is back on social media, announcing her comeback on Instagram with a new post, where she can be spotted sporting a new hairstyle. In the caption, she wrote that she learned three lessons in the past eight weeks: 1) The World is not going to end (2) She’s not interested in knowing what others are doing (3) That she’s refreshed and is looking forward to posting more on Insta. Her post is being met with mixed responses, with some welcoming her comeback, and some making sarcastic comments about the same.
On the work front, Niharika is currently busy producing OTT content with her husband and even recently put up her own office. She is also producing a mainstream film at the same time. As of now, there’s no clarity over whether she will make a comeback as an actress or not.
