In his latest press meet, we have seen how the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao bashing the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi by terming his 20lakh crore ‘Aatma Nirbhar Bharat’ as a bogus one. Now, it is very much understandable that the TRS took its time to criticize the BJP’s chief Modi with the most recent events.
Telangana IT Minister KTR said that 75 Shramik Rails have been organized by the Telangana Government so far to aid the migrant workers to reach their homes. The Minister added that Rs.6 crores was spent by the Telangana government for this task and also mentioned that not even a single rupee was charged from the migrant workers, and even the food and water were delivered for free.
Interestingly, KTR mentioned a point that the Center’s involvement in this task is ‘ZERO’. The IT Minister said that when they got the call from the Meghalaya Minister Sangma Karnad to send their state people who were locked in Telangana, swiftly they arranged a train to Meghalaya and the center hasn’t responded on this but the state government is the one who is all over the activity.
So, it is clear that starting with the ‘Self-reliable India’ package, the TRS has targeted the PM Modi who is being appeared as the Messiah of the Indians in this crisis period but the Telangana government is trying to show the harsh reality of the ground level.
