The teasers and trailer of Nani’s upcoming release Tuck Jagadish suggest that the film is a wholesome family entertainer which has all the necessary ingredients to pull the audiences to theatres this summer.
However, we are hearing that Tuck Jagadish is vaguely inspired from Mani Ratnam’s classic film Gharshana which released back in 1988.
Gharshana is the story of a two step sons of an honest man. They pick contrasting career paths and eventually confront each other. Tuck Jagadish will be on similar lines.
The plot of the Nani starrer will not be a carbon copy of Gharshana but it will share the backdrop. Shiva Nirvana has given this story his own spin and the film will be high on family emotions and sentimental scenes.
Tuck Jagadish is riding high on buzz and the makers have already announced that they have planned multiple promotional campaigns for the film. It will be hitting the silver screens on 26th April.
