It seems, TDP is trying to derive the best political mileage out of former speaker of AP assembly, Kodela Sivaprasad’s death. While the TDP leaders and also the activists are continuously blaming the ruling party and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for Kodela’s death, now TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu came forward with the proofs, to prove that Kodela’s suicide was due to the continuous harassment from the state government.
Terming it as a political murder, Naidu alleged that Jagan’s government has filed 19 cases against Kodela in the last three months. He demanded CBI inquiry in the TDP leader’s death.
Posting all the cases filed against Kodela by the state government, on his official Facebook account, Naidu said that all the cases were filed against Kodela without any strong evidence. He claimed that the state government did not even bother the Supreme Court orders and went against Kodela to file cases against him, that too with non-bailable warrants (NBW).

“Such mental harassment from the state government, made Kodela commit suicide. A total of 19 cases have been filed against him in the last 3 months. There was not even a single case against him in the last 40 years, which clearly proves that the YSRCP government has intentionally targeted Kodela and made him commit suicide,” Naidu concluded.
