The controversy in Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) is escalating day by day. Former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin has reacted to the selection of John Manoj, the newly elected interim president.
After the former cricketer was terminated from President’s post, the council appointed current Vice President John Manoj as the new interim President.
Now, reacting to the latest developments in the HCA, Azharuddin said that he is still the President of HCA and the Apex Council has no right to appoint any interim President. He alleged that the five-member council are behind the controversies and even said they are facing ACB cases and the notices served by them have no legal authenticity.
The ace cricketer is also considering approaching the court over the appointment of interim president. He is looking at the legal options.
