Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has reviewed the fund mobilization plan, so that it would be helpful for the implementation of Navaratnas, as promised in the manifesto of YSRCP.
As the estimated cost of implementing Navaratnas is Rs. 42000 a year, Jagan told the finance department officials that the focus should be on convincing the Centre for funds. Adding to it, he also suggested ways to generate the revenue, without troubling the public for it.
As the state budget is supposed to be released after July 10th, the young CM is keen to mobilize the funds quickly. The budget session is likely to last for 17 days.

While Telangana Chief Minister KCR is managing to perform the government activities without any support from the Centre, Jagan on the other side, is keen to get support from BJP, as the AP lacks required funds. The recent elections proved that the BJP has less than one percent voting share in the state.
Adding to it, if at all the Centre gives helping hand to Jagan, the credit of acquiring funds to the state, goes to the YSRCP Chief and makes him even more powerful. So it should be seen how the BJP-led NDA responds, if at all the AP government approaches for the funds.
