Mixed response from Eeswarayya on audiotape… What’s his real intention?

The viral audiotape of the former High Court Chief Justice Eeswarayya created tremors in the Andhra Pradesh. The way he spoke with the suspended judge Ramakrishna and alleged many of the high court and supreme court judges with utter disrespect has created a sensation.

It is known that initially, Eeswarayya denied the fact that he had been in touch with Ramakrishna and had spoken on the phone in an obscene way about some Chief Justices and judges. When the ABN channel which telecasted the entire audiotape got in touch with Eeswarayya, he said that it was not him in that audiotape that had even gone viral.

Now all of a sudden, Eeswarayya admitted that the audiotape submitted by Ramakrishna to the High Court was the audiotape transmitted by the media and that his voice was true. However .. it was said to be a private conversation. Of course, whatever happens anywhere on the phone is a private conversation but not a public statement.

But, Eeswarayya without admitting his mistake, is beating around the bush in a desperate way. Justice Eshwaraya says he tried to help Ramakrishna. In fact, former Judge Ramakrishna has recently come out from an issue with Nagarjuna Reddy and Peddireddy as well. He has been in suspension for eight years.

But… suddenly Ramakrishna is alleging that Eeswarayya used him to plan and make allegations against the judiciary and his consultation is a preplanned one. As Ramakrishna’s argument is loud and clear, Eeswarayya started a new drama that his voice has tampered and his words were manipulated in that audiotape.

It is clear that Eeswaryya’s agenda is typically raising an unnecessary conflict. He is intending to get off the topic by diverting through other issues but the line is very clear to book him under serious charges.
