Allu Sirish took a lengthy layoff from movies post the release of ABCD. He has been working on a couple of projects and they would have started rolling by now if it wasn’t for Covid-19 outbreak.
Incidentally, Sirish and Rakesh Shashi of Vijetha fame were supposed to collaborate for a feature film. However, the onset of coronavirus has led to a change of plans are the duo is all set to work on a web series now.
Taking the prevailing situation into consideration, both Sirish and Rakesh felt that working on a web series is a better option and are acting accordingly. They have already started working on the story and the concept of the web series.
Allu Aravind has come forward to produce the web series and it will be releasing on digital streaming platform ‘Aha’ and it might be officially announced soon.
Sirish is likely to play the male lead role in the web series and more details about the star cast will be out once the web series is announced.
Ramesh’s maiden film Vijetha did not get the best of responses and it remains to be seen if he can taste success with his forthcoming web series featuring Allu Sirish.
