Manmadhudu 2 official trailer has been released, just-a-while, in a small function, attended by the movie’s crew and a limited number of Akkineni fans.
Manmadhudu, the 2002 blockbuster was able to win the hearts, only due to Trivikram Srinivas’s writing and loads of comedy. When Manmadhudu 2 was launched, it was anticipated to be on the lines of 2002 movie itself. But just like the teaser, even the trailer fails to reach any expectations.
The trailer shows Nag in a playboy avatar, who chooses to stay single and date the girls. With the kind of production values it was made, the story could have been worked well, if there is any youngster or a hero with zero image. But Nag being a senior and also a star hero, Manmadhudu 2 seems a big threat to him.
Earlier, Pawan Kalyan performed the similar playboy kind of role in Theenmaar. Though the story was already proven in Bollywood and Saif Ali Khan won appreciations for his performance in the film, the case is different in Telugu.

Pawan enjoys a massive fan following in the Telugu states. For the kind of image baggage he has on his shoulders, the audience showed an outright rejection to Theenmaar. Even Manmadhudu 2 has every chance to face the similar fortune, unless some great wonders take place.
