After winning 4 MP seats in Telangana, BJP is pinning high hopes on the state and is working towards progressing in the state by the next elections.
While in AP, the Lotus Party was able to attract leaders from TDP, there is no such option in Telangana, as the only big party here is TRS and none of its leaders are ready to change the party, as its wave can be witnessed throughout the state. So, the BJP leaders are now concentrating on communist parties.
The left parties are strong in Husnabad and few other constituencies of the state. So, the Lotus party was able to grab CPI leader of Husnabad, Ram Bhupal Reddy and few other communist leaders. Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay and former MP DK Aruna are trying to convince a few other communist leaders to make them join in BJP.

Meanwhile, even the communist leaders are considering BJP as the right option to face the powerful TRS in Telangana. In the coming days, more number of communist leaders across the state, are expected to join in the Lotus Party, which can be a win-win situation for both communist parties and also the BJP.
