For the past couple of days, there have been rumours that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s forthcoming film ‘God Father’ is not releasing on October 5th due to a delay in shooting works. Many reports on the internet revealed that the movie was pushed to December and the makers would announce a new release date soon.
As the speculations about the movie are going viral on the internet, Producer NV Prasad has responded to the same and clarified about the release date.
Rubbishing the rumours, the ace filmmaker said that God Father will release in theatres on the scheduled date i.e., October 5th, and requested everyone not to believe in any rumours. He also added that they will kick-start the promotional activities very soon.
Directed by Mohan Raja, the film stars Bollywood star Salman Khan in a key cameo role. Nayanthara, Satyadev, Sunil, among others, will be seen in crucial roles. Thaman has composed the music for God Father, which is currently at the final stage of shooting.
