Things were not that great with TDP and BJP during the recent elections. BJP and Modi are not interested to be with TDP but the recent happenings in Andhra Pradesh is pushing BJP to the climax point.
Regarding the capitals issue, BJP decided to stay neutral giving priority to state government’s decision. Now the proposal for cancellation of legislative assembly is in the parliament and it is BJP which needs to take the decision as the party enjoys the majority.
YS Jagan is testing the patience of BJP with this aspect and the party which is maintaining neutral stand is now being forced to take a side, either on TDP side or on YSRC side. Even though Chandra Babu Naidu opened his arms for BJP, the party is not ready to support TDP. But the YS Jagan’s move of cancellation of legislative assembly my make BJP take a solid stand instead of maintaining neutral status. This may either be a positive or negative for TDP.
