Viswanath had been confined to bed rest for a long time now as he had need in suffering frame aging-related ailments. But he was still making it a point to interact with Telugu film personalities at his residence whenever he could.
Viswanath’s passing comes as a rude shock to the Telugu film industry as he was one of the most respected and loved filmmakers in the Telugu land.
