Telangana Minister KTR asks the voters to vote for NOTA. Yes, it is unbelievable but you heard it right. The TRS working president has an unusual request for the youth, employees and the literates of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. “If you didn’t like the TRS candidate, vote for NOTA,” said KTR.
The TRS working president said that the youth and the educated do a lot of tweeting but they do not show up at the booths on the polling day. He said that it is the educated people who are letting down and lamented that the polling percentage in urban areas, especially among the literates is abysmally low.
Of course, this is such an effective statement from the KTR but some netizens found an underlying strategy behind KTR’s words. If they don’t like TRS, why should one vote NOTA? They can vote BJP or Congress and are asking why the TRS bigwig is manipulating the voters to vote for NOTA?
Along with that, some are questioning, “if KTR says ‘if you don’t like TRS candidate,’ what research and analysis did they do before finalising the contestants? Where is KTR’s confidence and trust with his contestants?”
KTR may’ve thought that these comments will influence voters to vote for TRS or NOTA on December 1st but many people are confused with the words of the minister. Let’s see what happens on the day of polling.
