The state government has permitted the registration of non-agricultural lands without LRS.
Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR directed the officials to make registrations even for plots that do not have LRS. But LRS is mandatory for new layouts.
CM KCR said that the registration for new plots will take place only after obtaining approval from the concerned companies.
With the latest decision of the government, the obstacles already present in the registered plots and structures have been removed. Recently, CM KCR took this decision during a meeting at Pragati Bhavan.
