Few days back, AP CM YS Jagan met Telangana CM KCR and the news spread out in the media that YS Jagan is taking guidance from KCR. Rumors raised in the media that KCR is trying to be the king maker guiding KTR and YS Jagan in both the states. Looks like the situation is not on the same lines.
Telangana CM KCR expressed his furiousness over Andhra Pradesh Government for not contacting them before taking a decision on a new lift irrigation project in Srisailam. KCR mentioned that the AP Government’s move is highly objectionable as the result of the project will show impact on both AP and Telangana.
KCR stated that he always wanted to have amicable relationship with AP with respect to the water resources. But the latest move of AP is making KCR move away from his terms. Palamuru, Nalgonda and Rangareddy will face water shortage due to the AP’s new scheme, is KCR’s word and he is determined to halt the project.
