Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who is known for picking strong subjects, has announced that she will be playing the titular role in the sequel to the blockbuster Chandramukhi, which featured Superstar Rajinikanth and Jyothika in the lead roles.
P Vasu, who helmed the first part, will direct the sequel. It will see actor-comedian Vadivelu in a key role. Actor-filmmaker Raghava Lawrence will play the lead role opposite Kangana in Chandramukhi-2.
As per reports, the B-Town diva will commence the shooting of the horror-thriller film in the first week of December. Chandramukhi 2 is produced by Lyca Films. More details regarding the movie are yet to be announced.
