Bandla Ganesh had only recently been sentenced to one year jail term over a cheque bounce case. Now, there is an encroachment case filed against him by Nowhera Shaik.
Nohwera Shaik is the chairperson of Heera Group and she is accusing Bandla Ganesh of unlawfully trying to grab her property in Film Nagar.
She claimed that the first floor of a house in Filmnagar Site-2 was rented to Ganesh on June 5, 2021, with an 11-month rental agreement. However, Ganesh failed to vacate the premises even after the rental agreement expired.
Upon learning that the Enforcement Directorate had attached the property, she accused him of trying to take over the entire house and harassed her. She then filed a case against Bandla Ganesh. Further investigation is due now and more details will be out soon.
