After promising Rs. 15000 to every mother, who sends their children to the school, several felt that the private schools may not pass on the benefit to the parents or increase the school fees.
But anticipating such situations on the beforehand, now Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has ordered for a special committee for bringing in the structured changes in the education industry.
The committee will be headed by Professor N Balakrishnan, Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. Jagan ordered the committee to bring an immediate regulation in the private school fees, which would give relief to the public and later think about other changes to be made in the education industry.

The move from the state government is expected to bring a great relief to the public, but on the flip side, Jagan may have to face jolt from the private schools, who would obviously be not willing to cut down the fees.
However, in the states like Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath already successfully implemented the regulation on private school fees, ordering the institutions not to charge more than Rs. 20000 per year. So it should be seen whether even Jagan will be successful in implementing it.
