Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has issued key directives making English medium compulsory even in Anganwadis. In a review meeting on the school education department, CM Jagan has instructed the authorities that the teachers should teach the students in English and make it a habit to speak with them in English.
It was suggested that English medium education must be implemented in PP-1s as well, including Anganwadis.
Also, the complaints received against Jagananna Gorumudda should be resolved immediately.
Speaking on Jagananna Vidyakanuka, CM Jagan said that by the time the schools start again, orders have been issued to make Vidyakanuka ready for all the children. The CM clarified that teachers should be made aware and trained on the CBSE pattern.
