Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is currently a man on a mission, his eyes set on the 2024 elections. He is in the mood to make sure that the YSRCP comes back to power in 2024, no matter the cost, and he’s making everything ready from now on. Following the state of unrest, the cabinet shuffling caused, Jagan, has made sure that he personally consoled the most affected members, and even promised them an important role in the party.
Jagan has now called for an all-member meet on the 27th, where he is said to interact with everyone in the party, and assign each of them their roles in the lead up to the 2024 elections. He is said to give them the complete roadmap for the 2024 elections, and their individual goals as well. Jagan is also expected to ask the members of the party to particularly attack the opposition, TDP, and tear them apart, by highlighting the drawbacks of the party, and its shortcomings.
Along with that, he is expected to ask his members to highlight the cash schemes of the YSRCP, which is the main reason the party got its votes in 2019. Apart from the cash schemes, the YSRCP hasn’t done much to gain the people’s trust, so the government is making sure they gain on the same. On the other hand, with an anti-incumbent feeling rising in the state, it is to be seen to what extent the YSRCP will be able to get through with the people, for 2024, and it is also to be seen if the TDP will come up with a better strategy.
