Is KCR scared of Pawan’s involvement in George Reddy?

Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is supposed to attend the pre-release function of George Reddy movie. The makers arranged the function at Public gardens in Hyderabad. But the police denied to permit it, as several students and other youth would gather at the event, and thus would lead to some unforeseen incident.

While the film is scheduled to be hit the theaters on 22nd of October, the makers are keen to gain mileage for it, by involving Pawan Kalyan. So they are keen to conduct the pre-release event under any circumstances.

George Reddy film is based on the real life character, who was an Osmania University student. OU students played a key role during the Telangana movement, but they allege that Chief Minister KCR had been neglecting them right from the beginning.

At this point of time, if Pawan Kalyan promotes George Reddy film, he would obviously become the talking point of OU and thus, the actor turned politician would gain, enough political mileage in the state.

Neither Congress nor BJP has a person to represent the party in Telangana. At this point of time, if a crowd puller like Pawan gains political mileage in TS, then it would be a mega jolt to KCR. So a few opined that the same strategy of the Telangana government, made it direct the police to deny permission for the pre-release event of George Reddy.
