Right now, MP Vijayasai Reddy has been limited to taking care of only the North Andhra Region of the state and has been asked to not interfere with any other matters related to the party. Once, he was the representative of the YSRCP in Delhi and even took care of the Social media handle of the party. However, following internal politics, the MP has been limited to North Andhra.
On the other hand, the Delhi operations of Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy are being handled by a separate team now. This team is probably doing more bad to the CM than good, in many ways.
This team is unable to secure the appointments of Union Ministers on time and is leaking the information to the media beforehand. Usually, a CM’s trip to Delhi is to be announced to the public once all the appointments are taken and confirmed. But the current Delhi team of Jagan’s is doing it totally wrong, bringing a lot of unnecessary problems to the YSRCP. By giving the press information about Jagan’s trip before confirming the appointments of Union Ministers, these members are leading the people to believe that the Union Ministers don’t want to meet with Jagan. The reality is entirely different, though.
A section of YSRCP members feels that the party’s problems would be solved if Vijayasai is brought back into the picture. This is the same section of people who believe that the current Delhi team that Jagan has appointed is not as effective as it should be. Thye feel that Viijaysai should be handling that part, which is when things will go back to normal in the party.
