The makers of Pawan Kalyan‘s Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake had announced that star director Trivikram will be penning the screenplay and dialogues for the film. They also confirmed that the regular shooting will commence from 22nd January.
As per latest updates, majority of the film will be shot in hilly areas of Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. The unit will be leaving to the location next month.
Sithara Entertainments are hoping to complete the entire shoot in under 2 months and are planning the schedules accordingly. They have also capped the budget so as to avoid overspending on the project.
Also, the remake will have a lesser run-time than that of the original. Ayyappanum Koshiyum has a run-time of close to 3 hours and the makers of the remake are planning to make subtle changes to the script to ensure a crisp run-time.
We had already reported that Sai Pallavi and Aishwarya Rajesh are in consideration for female lead roles in the film. An official announcement in this regard is awaited.
