Nandamuri Kalyan Ram scored the biggest hit of his career with Bimbisara which was a big blockbuster at the box office. The sequel is already in early stages of production.
But in the meanwhile, Kalyan Ram is doing other films like Amigos and Devil which could tone down the Bimbisara hype.
Usually, in the case of successful two-part or three part films, the hero should have back to back releases. This was evident in case of Baahuali and KGF. Allu Arjun is doing the same with Pushpa 1 & 2.
But Kalyan Ram is doing multiple films in the meanwhile and that could indeed tarnish the mood for Bimbisara 2. Had he done the second part immediately after the first part, the momentum might’ve been sustained.
