CM Jagan is ranked fourth on the list. The place is Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath; second place is Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, and third is Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
