In-Talk: Major changes in AP’s real estate

With the change in government, the real estate is Andhra Pradesh is said to have got slowed down. On one side, the companies which were expected to invest in AP changed their directions towards the neighboring states. On the other side, the negative publicity on the future of Andhra Pradesh is destroying the real estate.

It is known that TDP to attack YSRC, publicly stated that the investments in AP will further degrade. YSRC politicians counter attacked TDP saying that these negative statements are the reason for the investments to move out of AP. Amidst the two parties proving one another to be the main reason for growth degradation, the real estate in the state is in a confused state. People are not ready to invest till the confusion gets cleared on the capital city and the investments.

With this situation, the raising real estate graphs in Vijaywada and Vishakapatnam regions during the TDP rule are now going down. Stay tuned for more updates.
