In-Talk: Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad’s shock to TDP

TDP leader Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad gave shock to TDP by resigning to his position. It is interesting to see Dokka absent during the council meeting when TDP issued compulsory notices to all the members to attend at any cost.

Amidst the tension situations between TDP and YSRC, Dokka’s resignation created sensation in the political circle. Dokka mentioned his ill health as the reason for the resignation. Another MLC Samanthakamani too didn’t attend the meeting. Along with these TDP leaders, few BJP politicians too skipped the crucial phase.

YSRC is trying to pull in as many politicians as it can from TDP and BJP. Several TDP leaders were said to be in talks with YSRC and are looking for the right time to jump. TDP is facing a tough situation to retain the politicians and situations like these will give hints to the media on who are planning to shift sides.
