It is a noted fact that when governments change, the loan amount on the state raises abruptly. Most of the projects will be re-tendered, contractors will be changed and the new estimates as per the current costs will be made and the loan amount eventually raises up.
It seems that Chandra Babu Naidu took loans of around 2.6 Lakh Crores in his term. This was the statement given by YSRC leader Vijay Sai Reddy. In the recent times, YS Jagan is implementing lot of schemes utilizing lot of tax payers money and this turned to be the main concern of the opposition party leaders. TDP mentioned that YSRC is taking heavy loans to fulfill the schemes which will lead to a tough situation in the future for the state.
On this, Vijay Sai Reddy shot back revealing the loan amounts Chandra Babu Naidu and his party took in their term. Adding to the 2.6 Lakh Crores, Vijay Sai Reddy stated that the last government left them with 60000 Crores of pending bills.
