A few weeks ago, the Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed the GO issued by the Andhra Pradesh government, removing Ashok Gajapathi Raju as the Chairman of the MANSAS trust, and asked everyone working for the trust to cooperate with the Chairman. However, the Executive Officer (EO) of the MANSAS trust, Satyanarayana, is said to be not cooperating with the Chairman.
As a result, Raju is said to have filed a Contempt Petition in the court, against Satyanarayana. Satyanarayana has now been asked by the HC to cooperate with the Chairman and asked him to pay the salaries of the employees immediately. Furthermore, the HC asked Satyanarayana to cancel the executive meeting he convened and to not involve anyone in the auditing duties of the trust, with the exception of the auditor.
While the HC asked everyone to cooperate with Raju, they are said to be not cooperating with him due to Jagan’s orders.
