The process of vaccination slowed its pace over the past few weeks in the United States. The total population of the country is about 33 crores. Out of these, 16 crore people received their first dose of vaccine, and 12 crore people received both doses of corona vaccine. The highest number of vaccine doses the US government gave to its people is 40 lakh doses on April 1. Only 10 lakh doses were recorded on the 17th of this month. With this, the government and companies started announcing incentives to attract the public towards vaccinations.

Anyone over 18 years of age who has been vaccinated so far can register online and participate in the competition. Those selected by lottery will be given the opportunity to dine with the Governor couple. On the other hand, restaurants in Connecticut are providing free drinks to those who got vaccinated and buy food from them.
