Patanjali group which is one of the fastest growing FMCG in India came up with the product Coronil saying that it will cure Covid-19 in weeks. It raised sensation all over the nation and several boards demanded the documentation and test results to prove their statement.
The proofs shown by Patanjali group didn’t satisfy the requirements and hence few people filed cases on the group claiming that they are sending false hope and message to the society to promote their product. Responding to this, the Central Government strongly warned the Patanjali group against promoting it relating to Covid-19. Other than that, the Government gave green signal for the group to put the product for sale in the market.
Coronil from Patanjali group is said to be strengthening the immunity apart from working on cough related symptoms. There is no solid proof for the product to cure Covid-19 and the group won’t be promoting on those lines from here on.
