It seems the AP people are going to have more entertainment than the Indian Premier League 2020 is providing them at the moment. The real entertainment is taking place in Andhra Pradesh as the political conditions turned as a heating mantle all of a sudden with the AP High Court announced a battle with the Chief Minister YS Jagan.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday ordered a CBI probe into derogatory social media postings passed on judges in recent times. This case may look naive to some people as the bullying, abusing and derogatory comments are the most common things in social media these days. However, the people at risk are the ones that belong to YSRCP.
Of course, it is YS Jagan who has moved the first piece by making some demoralizing and insulting statements that the AP government has no faith in the AP High court and alleged that the Chief justices are acting according to Naidu convenience. Such blatant statements from Jagan really made High Court furious as they have been most reasonable and logical in issuing stay orders in Jagan’s each and every controversial decision.
Now, the YSRCP party will fall in defense mode, at least the people who exerted their frustration on the High Court will back down for a few days. On the other side, the High Court will tighten the screws so that the punishment to the culprits will send shivers to the people who disrespect the judicial bench for their own perspectives and personal vendetta.
On the other side, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will try hard to transfer all his cases to the High courts of other states as we discussed before but the AP High court has enough impetus to safeguard their integrity in these critical situations.
