With a birth year of 1948, Gaddar actively participated in the Naxalite movement until 2010, after which he joined the Telangana movement. His relentless advocacy for the rights of marginalized communities, particularly backward castes and Dalits in Telangana, earned him the title of a voice for the voiceless.
In 2011, Gaddar’s mesmerizing song in the film “Jai Bholo Telangana” earned him the prestigious Nandi Award.
