Former Minister, TRS leader Chandulal passed away

TRS leader and former minister Ajmira Chandulal (66) has [assed away. He was admitted to a corporate hospital in Hyderabad three days ago after suffering from severe cold and fever for some days. He tested positive for coronavirus and was in doctors’ observation.

He had a heart attack on Thursday night and he died at 11 p.m. while being treated by doctors. Chandulal’s hometown is Sarangapalli in Jagannapeta Panchayat, Mulugu Zone of Bhupalpally District.

Chandulal won as an MLA in 2014 and served as the Minister of Tribal, Tourism, and Culture in the KCR Cabinet. Chandulal’s funeral will be held in his hometown, Sarangapally, family members said. CM KCR expressed deep grief over Chandulal’s death.

He conveyed his deepest condolences to the family. He recalled that Chandulal had made special efforts to solve the problems of the tribals.
