Popular and controversial film journalist Suresh Kondeti, the organizer of the Santosham South Indian Film Awards, has faced severe criticism from the Telugu film industry following his mishandling of the awards ceremony in Goa.
The mismanagement of the awards, where several notable actors from various languages faced difficulties ranging from accommodations to transportation, has provoked the Telugu Film Chamber Of Commerce. This has raised concerns about tarnishing the image of the Telugu film industry in other states.
In response to these issues, the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce has penned a letter to the Telugu Film Journalists Association. The letter states that the event was poorly managed, causing significant challenges for the invitees and celebrities in terms of hospitality and travel arrangements.
Additionally, it was noted that Suresh Kondeti has not settled the bills for hotels and cabs, creating inconvenience for the guests. Allu Aravind and KL Damodar Prasad, who were present at the event, brought attention to these concerns. The letter requests necessary action against Suresh Kondeti to uphold the pride and goodwill of the Telugu Film Industry.
