Unlike going against the trolls and making harsh comments on the netizens, it seems, Keerthi Suresh has chosen the other way.
Keerthi was always appreciated for her homely appearance and gorgeous looks. Her hefty body never really became a barrier to the audience. But the “Nenu Sailaja” actress has decided on herself to lose the weight and worked on it a lot for a good period of time.
But when her lean looks were spotted on the social media and even when she was seen in live on the launching day of her upcoming film Rang De, the actress received a severe criticism.

Many of her fans, followers and even others opined that she lost her charm, after losing the weight. She faced many trolls on social media for her damaged looks. But it is to be appreciated that, the actress has taken all the criticism in a positive manner and worked out on the looks. She put on some weight now, only to bring back the old charm in her face.
Keerthi Suresh currently has Rang De in hands. Tholiprema fame Venky Atluri is directing it and Nithiin is playing the male lead. The film is aiming for the 2020 summer release.
