Exclusive Interview with Bigg Boss 5 contestant Hamida

Entering the Bigg Boss house with no expectations, gorgeous diva Hamida has grabbed the attention of the Telugu audience with her flawless beauty and active participation in the show. However, the actress failed to secure enough votes to survive in the show and got evicted last week.

Now, we are bringing an exclusive interview of Hamida, which is sure to please her fans as well as our readers.

You speak good Telugu. Where are you from?

I’m from Kolkata.

Not from a Telugu background. How you became part of the Telugu film industry?

Actually, my father established his business here and later I moved to Hyderabad and got connected with Tollywood. Initially, I don’t know much Telugu. When I did my first film, I learned a little, but I pulled it off over the years.

Have you got Bigg Boss offer in previous seasons or this is the first time hearing from them?

No, they haven’t approached me for earlier seasons, but I thought of going to the show then. And this is the first time I got the offer.

Have you watched the episodes after getting eliminated from the show?

No, I haven’t watched previous episodes. But I’m following regular episodes since my elimination.

What could be the reason for your elimination?

I don’t find any reasons. I had given my best in every task right from the beginning of day 1. If I haven’t played the tasks, I wouldn’t be in the captaincy task for the first week. Even in the second and third weeks, housemates chose me as a captaincy contender. When I sacrificed the captaincy for my teammates, they promised to support me. But, I didn’t receive any support from Shannu, Lobo, Swetha and Maanas, who were my team in the task. In the fourth and fifth weeks, I sacrificed my captaincy chance for Sreeram and Priya. So, it doesn’t mean that I haven’t played well.

Who is the deserving contestant to win the Bigg Boss title?

I feel it’s Sreerama Chandra.

Apart from Sreerama Chandra, who were your best buddies in the house?

I don’t have best buddies, as everyone disconnected from me. I have only a connection with Ravi annayya and Sreerama.

No, the discussions are currently on.

Name your top 5 contestants in the Bigg Boss house

I can’t say top 5. I can say only the top 2 are Ravi annayya and Sreerama Chandra.

Sreerama cried after you were eliminated. But Shannu found Sreerama’s emotions for you are fake. What is your comment on it?

We shouldn’t make fun of someone’s emotions. We know our emotions are genuine. But it is not right to say one’s emotions are fake.

A word about groups in BB house

Shannu, Siri, and Jessy formed as a group. Initially, they bonded with the friendship, but it changed into a different zone slowly. They decide what to do and take a stand without proper thinking. When Jessy and Sreerama argument happened, they should’ve asked what happened first. Instead, they jumped into a fight. Although I was in the same conversation, I remained silent, hoping Ram and Jessy sort out things. But Jessy went out and brought three for a fight. Even Kajal, who calls Ram a brother, shown an immature mindset in the heated issue.

Ever felt like I should’ve changed the strategy to survive in the show?

No, there is no strategy when I entered the show. I wanted to play in my zone according to the game. There are no certain rules in Bigg Boss to make groups and bitch about others. I went there as an individual and played individually. Ram was a good friend who supported me. We never discussed nominations and other dirty discussions.

As per you, who is the weakest contestant in the house?

Everyone is giving their best. But I haven’t seen Shannu playing any task right from the first week. He didn’t participate in the tasks actively, except sitting in the Moj room and having discussions. When I had given my best, Shannu questioned what I played so far. So, he should consider his performance before asking me.

Who will be eliminated this week?

We cannot predict eliminations. Even I was not ready for my elimination. I am looking forward to the weekend to know who it will be.

Have people started recognizing you after Bigg Boss? How does it feel to get popular?

I’m very happy as people showering their love on me. When I was in the house, I don’t know how people are receiving me. But after coming from BB, I feel like I need nothing else than the love of the audience.

Will you support Sreerama Chandra for the rest of the season?

Yes, I will support Ram.
