Etela Rajender rubbishes false news about doctors

Telangana heath Minister Etela Rajender rubbished about news that it was a false propaganda that the patients acquired the covid-19 due to inadequacy of PPE(Personal protective equipment) among doctors. He asserted that doctors have been working relentlessly to treat patients who also have recovered at Gandhi hospital. Some operations may be postponed but deliveries cannot be stopped, he said. The Telangana health minister headed meet for a couple of days to device an organized plan to treat rising covid-19 patients. He hinted that the sudden spurt of cases was because of the partial lifting of lockdown and sudden flocking of the migrant labourers.

False news had been surfacing the social media and whatsapp groups that doctors are struggling to have PPE, which is the reason for the corona virus spread in patients. Minister Rajender cleared the air cleared once again by saying that all ICMR Guidelines are being followed in case of Tests and no threat is there to the patients due to none availability of medical kits. Also assured only symptomatic patients are being treated but not asymptomatic patients without any bias to any patient. He said that misrepresentation of such news on social media is inappropriate and claimed that his government is acting with integrity in preventing the spread of covid-19 and people should also abide by the instructions of the government.

Etela Rajender urged the people not to look the current issue in political stand point by falsifying the truths and also appealed to everyone to come forward to help if needed but rather not impede in the proceedings of health ministry and doctors’ work.
