Just like most of RGV’s films, even Lakshmi’s NTR has faced several obstacles and it seems, the movie had done with all of it.
Producer Rakesh Reddy has announced that the Election Commission has cleared Lakshmi’s NTR for its release, after he assured them that the film was not made to hurt anyone’s emotions. The EC further informed the makers that they may have to appear for a scrutiny, if the film creates any issues after its theatrical release.
Lakshmi’s NTR is all set to enter the theaters on 29th of this month. The censor formalities are yet to be done. Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the movie is a biopic of NTR, after the entry of Lakshmi Parvathi into his life. Being the most controversial episode of the NTR’s life, the movie has acquired quite significance in the ongoing political environment.
