Dil Raju risks big with Salaar, buys Nizam rights for a bomb

Rebel star, Prabhas’ Salaar is just under a month away from its release on September 28, 2023. But there is nothing much going on in terms of promotion and fans are super upset about these low promotions of the film.

But the makers, Hombale Films are confident that the film will be released on time and the trailer will be out on the 3rd of September in a big way. On the other hand, the pre-release business of the film is happening on a massive note and some big money is being pumped to buy the rights of Salaar.

We have learned that star producer, Dil Raju has bagged the Nizam rights of the film for 80 crores. Out of the total of 80 crores, 65 Crores has been secured through the Non-Refundable Advance (NRA) arrangement. Additionally, an amount of 15 Crores is designated as refundable. That means if the box office earnings fall short of 80 crores, the deficit between the collection and the target will be reimbursed to Dil Raju.

There are films that have made over 50 crores in Nizam but 80 crores is a huge amount. For Dil Raju to be in a safe zone, Salaar needs to start with a blockbuster talk at the box office. As Prashanth Neel is directing this film, there will be unlimited action but still, 80 crores is a very big ask. Let’s see what happens.
