Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film Vakeel Saab will be premiering on Amazon Prime Video tomorrow and his fans are eagerly waiting for the same.
However the latest reports suggest that the producer of Vakeel Saab, Dil Raju might land in a legal mess for permitting the early digital premieres.
Apparently, a distributor based in Dubai is threatening to file a legal case against Dil Raju for not honouring the 50-day agreement.
Dil Raju had promised distributors that Vakeel Saab will not be released on OTT platforms for at least 50 days post its theatrical release. But the film is gearing up for digital premieres just 3 weeks after its release. This seems to have irked the gulf distributor and he is now seeking a compensation of Rs 3 crores.
Dil Raju will have to respond to the distributor’s plea and sort the issue if he is to avoid facing legal consequences.
